You will need:
-2 apples
-1 large beetroot
– 1 one-inch piece of ginger
– Ice
Run the beetroot and the ginger through a juicer. Cut the apples into quarters, remove the cores and peel them. Run the quarters through the juicer too and mix the apple juice with the beetroot and ginger juice. Add ice if you like the juice cold and enjoy your healthy drink.
If you like to make the juice including beetroot only, do not put anything else but beetroot.
